Project Overview
Centro One was engaged to design and install the full bar refrigeration system for Antonietta, a new restaurant and bar opening in central Edinburgh. The brief required reliable, energy-efficient under-bar cooling matched to the bar’s operational demands and aesthetic requirements.

- Supply and installation of full bar refrigeration system
- Coordination with fit-out contractor around live construction programme
- Full commissioning prior to opening
- Handover and operating guide provided to venue management
Outcome
Working closely with the fit-out contractor, Centro One managed installation around a live construction programme, commissioned all equipment prior to opening and provided the venue’s management team with a full handover and operating guide. The installation has run without issue since opening.
